Caister Elite membership is available FREE to anyone who has attended 6 or more Caister Soul Weekenders since the event was relaunched in 1994.

Each event you have attended counts as one qualifying place for Elite Membership.

To apply for Membership you need to complete the Free Application Form, see the link at the bottom of this page, print it out, fill it in and return it with a stamped, self-addressed envelope along with two passport sized photos to:

1) Remember to enclose a Stamped Self-Addressed Envelope and two photos, otherwise your application will not be processed. 

2)  If you have a photocopy of six of your event passes from Caister please include this as it will speed up your application. These can be any six Caister Weekenders from any years and do not need to be in any order.

3) Please send all Elite applications separate to any bookings for Caister and do not enclose Elite applications, or renewals, with Caister booking forms.

4) If you lose your Elite card there is a £5 charge for renewal and replacement. To replace a lost Elite card please write to Caister Elite Membership, at the address above, with a letter explaining you have lost your card and as many details as possible including membership number if known, your name and address, plus a Cheque or Postal Order for £5 made payable to Caister Weekenders.  Do Not complete a new Elite application form to replace a lost pass.

Caister Elite cardholders can arrive and will be admitted to the holiday centre before everyone else (at 1pm) regardless of the time shown on your ticket. This allows you the advantage of being able to check-in one or two hours before everyone else (Please note that only Caister Elite members with their cards will normally be admitted at 1 pm).

We regret that if Reception is busy members of your party who do not have a card may have to wait until later, or until the time shown on their ticket.

If you are arriving after 1 pm and there are queues at the Main Gate, Elite cardholders will be given preferential, express admission. This applies to the Main Gate and Reception, you may still have a slight wait to check-in at Reception. Show your Elite Card to Security at the main gate and at Reception and they will expedite your check-in.

Caister Elite Members will be able to park right by their own accommodation provided that they do not move their vehicles until they leave the event. To take advantage of this special Elite parking priviledge either the driver or the front passenger must produce their Elite Card on arrival at the Main Gate. (You must not park on the roadways but use the parking bays or grass by your accommodation). Please Note: If you feel you will need to use or move your vehicle during the Weekender then you must park in the Main Car Park as vehicles parked by your accommodation must remain stationary until the end of the event. There is a 24hour mini-bus service from outside Reception if you wish to go into town or to the supermarkets.

Elite members, plus one guest can use the special VIP Bar which is inside the main venue at Caister, on production of their card. The VIP Bar is situated at the end of the main bar and offers exclusive seating and preferential service.
